Join us for a look at the ongoing presence of Latinas in Worcester, MA., and how they have contributed to impacting and shaping the city as a whole. Presented by Maritza Cruz. 

Maritza Cruz is a Multifaceted Anti-Racist, Racial & Gender Equity Entrepreneur/Educator, Consultant, Facilitator. Ms. Cruz is a seasoned professional with expertise in Race Equity, Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Organizational Effectiveness. She has been committed to advance a systemically equitable inclusive society for over four decades, targeting and promoting systemic change to social determinants and outcomes, by interrupting, innovating, supporting and fostering community mobilization as a catalyst to the dismantling of systems that uphold inequities and oppression.
