Please join us for three online classes that can help you if you have type 2 diabetes, or if you are at risk of developing diabetes. Everyone is welcome, come to any or all of these classes if you are interested in this very important topic.   

The prevalence of diabetes among Americans is in the MILLIONS, but it doesn't have to be that way! In each of these classes we will cover: what to eat, physical activity, and sleep suggestions, all of which can improve your blood sugar control and overall health. Learn how to set goals for success.  

Presented by Judy Palken, a registered dietitian, who provides the information and guidance to help you make effective and healthful dietary changes.
