Soni Sayana, former VP of Global Network engineering at Fidelity Investments in Boston, left in 2013 and decided to focus on home life with the family. In her ‘retired’ life she pursues her passion in the field of Mindfulness, focusing on Meditation. A student of Raja Yoga Meditation since 2011, she shares her practical implementation of meditation practices for a daily experience of a peaceful and happy life. She is also part of the Shine Bright Workshops team which focuses on mindfulness classes in elementary and middle schools.
