11/12/22 - Beloved Carbs

How should we think about, and manage, those carbohydrates we all love? "Carbs" is a nutrient category that covers a lot of ground—starchy foods, fruits, vegetables, desserts, sweet coffee beverages, grains, to name several. We know that excess carbs can contribute to common and serious health problems, yet some carb-rich foods are fantastic for health! We will discuss all of this, and ways to set limits when your daily carb intake is veering out of control.
