In this fun class, we will look at food and behavioral choices that can help us to look our healthy, glowing best! And who doesn't want that? Topics will include foods that protect our skin and give us well-nourished hair, and help us to maintain a youthful appearance. Lots of gorgeous paintings will be included. 

5/11/24 - Tea for Health

Join us and learn about the wonderful health benefits of tea - it is rich in compounds that have health benefits regarding cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and more. We will discuss many varieties of tea, and even if it is not your first choice as a beverage, come and find out how you can incorporate more tea into your life.
