No special equipment or skills needed! Come and learn how to use your breath, mind, and body as tools to help you be more present and peaceful in every area of your life.
Laura Klain is a Certified Life Coach and Therapist based in Nashua, NH. She has been helping people build better relationships, change careers, increase creativity, and successfully navigate life’s curveballs for 15 years. Laura completed her Life Coach training at the Martha Beck Coach Training Institute which is the school developed by Dr. Martha Beck, one of the most successful Life Coaches in the world. Dr. Beck is a Harvard graduate and published author as well as a regular contributor to Oprah Winfrey's "O" Magazine.
