We all face uncertainty in multiple areas of our lives. Weathering these storms of uncertainty can make us feel constantly tired, drained and exhausted and shake us at our core. This session will explore ways to use mindful meditation to remain firmly rooted by using tools that will allow us to reduce stress and anxiety. We can then move forward rejuvenated with the power to overcome any life situation.

November 1: Healing the Heart

Life comes with no guarantees. Many of us have had to learn the hard way when dealing with challenging relationships, situations and life scenarios. Some of us may have a heavy or damaged heart, making it difficult to move forward in life with lightness and a carefree spirit. Through mindful meditation, learn techniques to let go of what damages the heart and to hold onto what heals it.

November 8: Inner Cleanse for Outer Sparkle

We are living in challenging times that can weigh us down and remove the lightness in our step. With mindful meditation, learn to identify the inner rust that has accumulated over time and dulls our outlook, and to deep-clean the clutter in the mind to protect our inner sanctuary. Understand how to maintain the transformed self to keep the inner sparkle constantly radiating out into the world.
