Take advantage of your daily lunch break to relax and reset with Yoga taught by Kate Dalrymple of Kula Yoga of Worcester. Please bring a mat and water. Ages 18 and older.
We kindly ask that you arrive by 11:55 as the instructor starts class promptly at 12:00.
