Join Ivy Child International in a fun-filled yoga and mindfulness series featuring guided meditation, breathing techniques, and other mindfulness exercises. Caregivers and children of all ages are welcome. 

Bring your own mat, if you have one. A limited amount of mats will be available on a first come, first served basis.
